4M Manual (Management point)

To achieve quality and production consistency at each process location, we post 4M manuals and sample pictures of defective products for each product.
The 4M Manual for each product contains all the necessary information for the production process of the product. 4M stands for Machine, Man, Material, and Method, and these factors are all taken into consideration when designing and operating the production process for the product.
The product-specific 4M Manual is posted at each production process location and clearly defines the procedures, methods, and materials that workers should follow during the production process of the respective product.
Our company is making every effort to achieve quality and production consistency in the manufacturing process by posting 4M Manuals and sample pictures of defective products for each product. This leads to stable production.

Basic Inspection

We conduct basic appearance inspection, dimensional inspection, withstand voltage inspection, insulation resistance inspection, and resistance value inspection of manufactured products according to the standard value of each product, and all measuring equipment is guaranteed quality through certified calibration.

The following test procedures are used to accomplish this.

  1. Appearance inspection : Visually inspect the appearance of the product for defects such as surface defects, breakage, and dents.
  2. Dimension inspection : Measure the size, shape, thickness, etc. of the product accurately to ensure that the product meets the specifications specified in the drawing.
  3. Voltage withstand : Apply the voltage inside the product to verify that it is within the safety reference range.
  4. Insulation resistance test : 제Measure the insulation of the product to verify electrical safety.
  5. Resistance value inspection : Measure the resistance value inside the product to determine if it meets the reference resistance value of the designed product

Our temperature test deployment system is as follows

  1. Test racks and jigs : We build test racks and custom jigs based on customer needs and product size. Depending on the product, customized jigs can be developed to measure and analyze the temperature distribution, which can be used to proactively verify product performance and safety.
  2. Automatic Temperature Control System : We use the Temperature Control Box to build an automatic temperature control system to meet product specifications. The control system measures the temperature of the product in real time through the sensor and sets the target temperature through the controller. The controller controls the temperature of the product reliably through auto-tuning.
  3. Thermal imaging camera : We can measure the surface temperature of the product in real time using thermal imaging camera.The thermal imaging camera measures the surface temperature of the product in real time, while identifying the temperature distribution of the product and quickly identifying problems.
  4. Temperature Recorder : Recording exactly measured temperatures as data is an important process. We can record data in seconds for up to one year to determine the exact temperature graph. This allows you to analyze the temperature characteristics of the product and quickly identify problems. In addition, up to 60 points can be specified for temperature measurements, and reliable data can be extracted with calibration equipment. Using these technologies, you can determine the temperature distribution and uniformity of the product and ensure stable product quality.
Data Collection

We guarantee the quality of our products through these inspections, and all of our products follow a standardized inspection process.
Therefore, all inspection results of the product are written as inspection reports and recorded for quality assurance and history management of the product.
In addition, if a product is judged to be nonconforming in compliance with the ISO9001 nonconformity management process, an accurate follow-up inspection is conducted through analysis of the cause of defective products and improvement activities.
In the process of analyzing the cause of defective products, the cause of defects in the product is identified and improvement activities are carried out to prevent the cause from occurring.
